Shipping Policy
Delivery
- We only ship to India at this time. We deliver within 5 – 9 business days once the order is confirmed. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 7 – 12 working days.
- Due to the unavoidable circumstances at the locations where the delivery is to be made, the delivery might get delayed.
- The order will be taken by you with proper coordination with the delivery personnel / partner, if they are contacting on your provided contact number, if the address you provided at the time of making the order is inadequate or incorrect.
- It is also emphasized that if you are not available to accept delivery, your address is incorrect, or your provided phone number is unreachable when delivery is being attempted, there must be at least two further delivery attempts. In failure, your order will be identified as a “Return To Pondhavi Naturals” (RTPN) item.
- Once we receive your order marked “RTPN” and it has been acknowledged by us, we will start processing your refund in accordance with our refund policy.
- If your order was tagged as “RTPN” it will never be delivered again to your home. If you still want to buy the item or items, place a new order on the online shopping site.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping is Free on Orders above Rs. 2000.
- There is a flat shipping charge of Rs. 50 – 200 or even more (Based on the quantity and size of the products) on order below Rs. 2000.
Damage
Pondhavi Naturals disclaims responsibility for any goods lost or damaged during and after transit.
